Jason Lee is a Partner based in the NYC office. Jason has 20 years of architectural experience with more than a decade dedicated to healthcare design. He has a strong New York client base, including Mount Sinai Health, Montefiore Medical Center, Columbia University Medical Center, Weill Cornell Medicine, and New York-Presbyterian Health. Jason excels at project management, lean process, problem solving, in a patient-first approach. Dan has over 30 years of healthcare experience with a variety of projects – renovations, expansions, and greenfield – from programming through construction services, with a recent focus on Senior Living. While acting as Healthcare Forum Director for the New York City Chapter of the IIDA, she served as staff designer at a 1,500-bed nursing home and hospital for ten years. Being on-site enabled her to see the lifecycle of both designs and materials as well as bear witness to the special needs of a patient population. Jeff has over 25 years experience in healthcare architecture. Jeff is known for his collaborative, hands-on style integrating an interdisciplinary team with a research-based design platform. Phil Waters, AIA, NCARB

Phil has 14 years of experience with a variety of projects ranging from tenant finish outs in medical office buildings to complete medical campus designs. Project management capabilities include coordination and implementation of clients’ needs, coordination of consultants and state department of health, city, and code requirements.
